Mshoblis Skivri, or Parents’ Chest, was created during the pandemic. Its mission was to help isolated Georgians who lacked the essential knowledge needed to provide for their family’s special needs. It is a unique initiative created to meet the needs of the disability community during a specific time. It continues to evolve and to inspire the community today.

As an online space, anyone can access it anywhere, and it was — and still is — an important source of information. Because of its accessibility, families across Georgia built a strong network of support.
