Description:<\/strong> This is a new training introduced by MAC's Occupational Therapy department. It focuses on strengthening the skills of massage physiotherapists or anyone in the medical field using relevant and applicable clinical skills and strategies. The course includes an introduction to anatomy, muscles, and joints before moving to hands-on instruction that includes range-of-motion exercises and activities. MAC's team provides guidance in the creation of home-based programming and explores difficult case studies. Prior to each course, candidates take a pretest. Based on the results of these, the content of the course is adjusted to meet the needs of each group. Throughout the course, trainees go through a series of practical hands-on trainings. After finishing the entire program, participants are tasked with a final case study, which must be successfully completed before receiving a certificate.<\/p>
